Parents Guidelines

To ensure safety, discipline, and smooth functioning of the school, we request all parents to follow the guidelines below.

📅 Visiting Rules

Parents may visit their sons only on the second Sunday of every month between 0900h and 1700h. Please do not enter the campus on other days to meet your child.

In case of an emergency, please contact the Vice Principal or Administrative Officer directly.

📝 Out Pass Policy

The school grants out passes only on medical grounds after the Medical Officer recommends them. We do not allow any other type of out pass.

Therefore, please plan all religious and family functions during the summer vacation.

☎ Communication with Your Child

All dormitories have incoming telephone facilities. Please call your child once a week on Sunday during the allotted time.

If your son faces any issue in school or the hostel, inform the school authorities immediately. At the same time, encourage your child to write letters regularly.

💰 Pocket Money Rules

Please do not give cash or send money orders to your child. Cadets cannot keep money in the dormitories.

Instead, the school manages all personal expenses through the Pocket Money Account.

🔐 Security Procedures

Our security staff checks everyone entering or leaving the campus. Therefore, please cooperate with them at the gate.

These checks help us keep your children safe inside the campus.

🚗 Vehicle & Parking Rules

Parents may park vehicles only in front of the main gate. Do not park or stop vehicles anywhere else on campus.

Do not drive vehicles around the school building or dormitories. Cadets cannot drive any vehicle inside the campus.

Helmets and seat belts are compulsory. In addition, please maintain a speed limit of 30 km per hour.

Always follow traffic rules strictly.

🌿 Clean & Healthy Campus

Our campus is a litter-free and polythene-free zone. Please take back wrappers and plastic bags with you. Do not throw waste inside the campus.

Parents must not smoke, drink alcohol, or chew paan inside the school campus.

🚻 Use of Facilities

Parents may use the Ladies and Gents bathrooms in the Waiting Room on Sundays only. Please do not use any other bathrooms on campus.

💳 Fee Payment

Please pay school fees according to the scheduled dates. Timely payment helps us manage school activities smoothly.

📞 In Case of Difficulty

If you face any issue, contact the Vice Principal or Administrative Officer. Our security team and staff will guide you whenever needed.
