our drills are conducted under the guidance of our drill instructor, Ex Subedar Siya Sharan Mishra ji. Under his supervision, cadets are trained rigorously in discipline, marching ,and military formations , instilling in them precision , teamwork , and the core values of the army . This training helps develop focus , coordination, and a strong sense of duty among the cadets.
